    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a Service/Support Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MFD Printer or photocopies Machine at client locations. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, customer-focused, and have a problem-solving mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Install, configure, and maintain office automation equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, MFDs, scanners).
    • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Handle preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for hardware/software support.
    • Provide product demos and basic training to clients if required.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service delivery.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Diploma / Degree in computer Hardware and Networking.
    • 1–3 years of experience in servicing office automation equipment preferred.
    • Basic understanding of networking and computer systems (preferred).
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Own 2-wheel vehicle.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with brands like Canon, Konica, HP, Kyocera, Sharp etc.
    • Familiarity with printer software/drivers and basic network configuration.

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele calling Executive – Lead Generation (B2B) who will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads from platforms such as Lusha, LinkedIn, and other online sources. The candidate will play a crucial role in converting leads into business opportunities and scheduling meetings with decision-makers

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote printer rental and sales services.
    • Research and identify potential clients via online platforms (LinkedIn, company databases, directories, etc.), and other lead generation tools.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective PAN India clients to convert leads into sales.
    • Send Proposal, brochures and product details to interested leads.
    • Qualifying leads and gathers key information to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Coordinate with the technical and service team for installation or service calls as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in tele calling, tele-sales, or lead generation, preferably in B2B or IT Sales.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    • Proficient in using Lusha, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), CRM platforms and Excel.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to engage confidently with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
    • Organized, self-motivated, and target driven.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Basic understanding of Lead Generation, printers and office hardware is an advantage
